Tiffany Dilworth, Human Resources Manager

Tiffany Dilworth joined Gunter Construction Company in 2024 and serves as the Head of the Human Resources Department. She brings over a decade of HR leadership experience and a strong background in organizational development, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Before joining Gunter, Tiffany served as a Director at a higher education institution before transitioning into Human Resources, where she spent 10 years as Head of HR for a global manufacturing company. At Gunter Construction, she oversees Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Benefits Administration, and all aspects of the employee life cycle. Tiffany is passionate about leadership development and creating programs that foster growth, strengthen communication, and build high-performing teams across all levels of the organization. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
