Rachel Dunn, Director of Accounting

Rachel Dunn joined Gunter Construction Company in 2011 as an Analyst, bringing valuable technical and operational expertise to the organization. With experience using TurboCAD and supporting the CAD Department, she quickly developed a deep understanding of project design and coordination. After earning her Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Rachel transitioned into Project Controls, where she monitored active projects from start to completion and ensured all billables were accurately captured. She later advanced into Accounting and Human Resources, where she now leads both departments and oversees their daily operations, applying her strong leadership and analytical skills to enhance efficiency and support company growth.
